When we stepped into the showroom of Millennium Hardwood Flooring and spoke both to Stephan (owner) and Clement (chief marketing/sales), we knew we were in the right place.

“I recently decided to replace the carpet of my newly purchased house with hardwood floor. Since it is a major purchase, I contacted several top rated installers for quotes: Millennium Hardwood Flooring was one of them.
First of all I was impressed by their showroom hours (7 days a week). Most stores close on Sun and have shortened or no open hours on Sat. When I went to their showroom the first time, it was already late in the afternoon on Sat. Clement (chief marketing /sales) and Stefan (owner) took their time to discuss with me and recommended nice floor choices based on my needs. Clement later came to my house to do the measurement. For an unforeseen reason, I was late to the appointment, he was very understanding and worked around my schedule. As I evaluated the floor samples/quotes/service from various installers, I contacted Clement for additional questions. He was always prompt and often answered my email / text outside his working hours. His answers are very informative and helpful. They also offer a very fair price. Although some quote came cheaper, I decided to go with Millennium Hardwood Floor because I like its warranty policy and have confidence in them based on my experience during the process.
Sure enough, Clement was on top of things throughout the ordering, shipment, delivery, installation and follow-up. The installation went well – the lead installer was awesome! The crew showed up on time and completed installing the entire second floor of my house and staircase in 1 day! The new white oak floor looks beautiful! Clement promptly followed up and asked me for feedback. We had a pleasant chat.

We wanted the flooring installed before we moved in and the product we originally selected was not going to be available. Stefan helped us quickly find a comparable product from a company that could get it here on time. Millenium removed about 100sq.ft. of tile and some carpet, prepped the floors, and installed about 1,000 sq.ft. in one day. It looks fantastic!
Unfortunately we had a plumbing leak shortly after and a remediation company sent out their flooring guy to remove the affected wood floor. Ugh, it took them days, they had no idea what they were doing. Millenium came back for the replacement and had to remove a little more but it was no big deal for them. Their installers do great work and got it all done in an afternoon. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or refer friends and family!”
“Seriously, every good review about these guys are so true. They are the price to beat and have very high quality flooring as well as the customer service being top notch! No hidden cost and the fastest floor installation I’ve ever seen or heard of! Stefan and Chris are the real deal. We bought our first home and it was all badly painted concrete (Eww), so we needed all new floors. We called just to ask about some pricing and Chris was super helpful and just over the phone was able to give us some ballpark figures and what to expect. We then went up to the warehouse to checkout there flooring (Not totally necessary as they will bring tons of samples to your flooring measurement for you to check out.
We had no idea what we wanted so we went to see what was up) and Stefan was there and walked us through everything. He was so helpful and patient throughout the whole process. We picked a few we wanted to see in the house and went on our way. When Chris showed up to measure, he was right on time and a total sweetheart. Measured quick and we picked our floors. We got our estimate the next day and we were very pleasantly surprised at the price! Keep in mind the house was totally empty so no furniture or appliances to move around and there was no flooring to be removed, but even still, the price was right and the product was beautiful.
All the hard flooring was installed in about 5 or 6 hours tops. It was so fast and BEAUTIFUL!! the carpets only took maybe 3 hours also so well done. I honestly cant tell if there are any seams on the floors.
If you are looking for flooring installation, look no further, this is your company. I got no less than 4 other estimates and they were going to nickle and dime us on top of having less than steller reviews. The floors look perfect, they were upfront about how much it was going to cost and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. “Wow! That is how amazed I am about how my floors turned out. We had shopped and shopped, even looking at the possibility of having our floors shipped from Europe. Stefan did us right. We found the most beautiful floors, oiled hardwood floors and not only did we get a good price, we got an amazing quality of craftsmanship installation. We also had all of the baseboard trim replaced. Every cut precise. Every corner perfect. Every thing done, cleaned up and furniture moved. “I was looking to find a certain laminate product that I had seen online but had a hard time finding it in stores. A friend recommended Millennium Hardwood and I was pleased to find a sample of what I was looking for in their store – which they allowed me to bring home so I can get a better idea of what it would look like.
